In Drafto, Me → Settings → “Send feedback”. Your message reaches us directly, with the useful details about your phone, and the reply comes to you as a notification.
How do I create an account?
Download Drafto, then sign up with your email address, or with Google or Apple. It’s free.
How do I start a ride?
Ride tab, then “Ride now”. Allow location access, including in the background: that’s what lets the app record with the screen off.
How does the Ghost work?
Every ride you record becomes a Ghost. Ride the same route again: Drafto shows you live whether you’re ahead or behind, and by how much. You can also challenge a friend with a link.
How do I conquer a climb?
Ride to the top: Drafto detects climbs and summits during your ride and adds them to your collection, with your time and your rank.
Are my rides recorded without signal?
Yes. Your ride records offline and syncs as soon as the signal comes back. With Premium, your maps come with you too.
Is Drafto really free?
Yes. Recording your rides, racing your Ghost and your friends’ Ghosts, generating routes, climbs, your club and the rear radar are free, with no time limit. Premium adds analysis, navigation and sensors.
I’m coming from another app. Do I keep my history?
Yes. Import your FIT, GPX and TCX files one by one, by folder, or the .zip archive exported from your old app: up to 50 rides in one go.
Where is my data?
In Europe, with our hosting provider in Frankfurt (Germany). We don’t sell it. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from the app.
How do I cancel Premium?
In your store, App Store or Google Play, at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Me → Settings → Delete account. You have 30 days to change your mind by signing back in; after that, everything is erased. Remember to cancel your subscription in your store.
