Delete your Drafto account

Drafto is published by Gradly-concept (Salornay-sur-Guye, France). You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

From the app

1. Open Drafto, go to the “Me” tab, then “Settings” (gear icon).
2. Scroll down to “Danger zone” and tap “Delete account”.
3. Confirm: you are asked for your password again. If you sign in with Google, type the account’s email address; with Apple, confirm with Apple.

Without access to the app

Write to traceappdrafto@gmail.com from your account’s email address, with the subject “Account deletion”. We delete the account within 30 days at most and confirm it by email.

What happens next

• The account is deactivated immediately. For 30 days, you can cancel the deletion by signing in again.
• After that, everything is permanently erased: profile and email address, rides and GPS tracks, routes, Ghosts and challenges, photos, badges, heart rate and other sensor data, club memberships and posts.
• If you are a club president, the presidency passes to another member.
• Technical diagnostic logs, which contain neither your name nor your email, expire on their own within 30 days; crash reports within 90 days.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not stop a Drafto Premium or Club Premium subscription: it is managed by Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it first in the subscriptions of your Google Play or Apple account.
