Delete your Drafto account

How to delete your account

From the application:

  1. Open Drafto
  2. Go to Profile → Settings (⚙️ icon)
  3. Scroll down to the "Danger zone" section
  4. Tap Delete account
  5. Confirm by typing "DELETE"
  6. Your account and all your data will be deleted immediately

What is deleted:

  • Your profile and personal information
  • All your rides and GPS data
  • Your ghost records and challenges
  • Your ride photos
  • Your badges and progression
  • Your subscriptions (subscription is automatically cancelled)

What is NOT deleted:

  • Comments/likes you left on other users' rides (anonymized)

Delay: Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

By email: If you cannot access the app, send an email to contact@drafto.app with the subject "Account deletion" and the email address associated with your account.
